Heys!

Mum Dad and Sis are back from genting. The past few days when they weren't around was awfully quiet. The silence was eased a little when I played music with the speakers. When they came back, I couldn't stop myself from blabbering away on what I did for the three days as there was finally someone I could talk to at home after so long.

My performance was yesterday. It was a combined performance by guitar, harmonica and dance. I felt that we were somewhat sidelined though, because we did not perform very much. Then again if you look at it from the organiser's point of view, it wasn't really their fault as we had limited dancers and time to prepare for more items.

I loved my costume, hairdo and probably everything else given to me. It's probably due to the fact that I usually wear this style of clothes. Everyone had glittery eyeshadow which was a new experience for me as well as the person applying it for me. Anqi smsed me after the opening to ask which one was me but my dear cousins who were there told me that they knew which was me at a glance. They thought I was wearing my home clothes. :)

Ms Zee had to fly off to Hong Kong yesterday and could not make it for our performance but gave everyone a lollipop with a golden ribbon tied on for good luck. It was sad that I did not get to see her out of VJ, after all the next time I'd meet her would be after school starts. Mr Ben surprised us by buying a stand of flowers and dedicating it to the dancers on a card with words of encouragement. Each and everyone of the dancers were also given a pink rose from Mr Ben.

Anqi also surprised me with a fake flower she probably bought in mass for me, Jing Hiang and her other friends. Haha. I got a yellow lily from her and I think Jing Hiang would get the white. Priscilla had intended to buy flowers for me but did not in the end. I knew she was joking anyway. Shermaine received a lot of chocolate and sweets from her friends and joked about it being fattening.

I believe it was a wonderful performance by everyone, though mum said there were a few who did not smile. I think that they were too tense and since they did not have the habit of smiling during practices as well, they ended up looking like grumpy little girls. :)

That's all for today! Enjoy the following pictures. :)

Back again!
20 days since I last posted. I'm home alone now lolx. Anyone watched that movie? I watched it on channel 5 when I was young :) It's a hillarious show about this young boy who was left at home alone because his parents forgot to bring him with them when they went overseas. While being home alone, the young boy meets some burgulars and takes responsibility in 'protecting' his house from them by setting traps all around his house, outwitting the burgulars.

Anyway, nothing like that is going to happen to me though. So far I've spent the day by going to SUNTEC convention center with cuifen and then returned home to pack up and ate pastamania for dinner. I met a number of people today, 'met' being that it was by chance. First was Fiona, Tracy and uncle meng. Cuifen and I were looking for something to eat for lunch, when this cafe-like place caught my attention and I looked in. As we continued walking towards mcdonalds, Tracy called me to say she saw me. So I back tracked and found the three of them having lunch together. Later on the way to the bus stop home, I met Jing Hiang and Lynette probably shopping in suntec. As I was halfway through my dinner in the evening, I met Yue Yun jiejie. She had cut her hair to just below the ear and it suited her well.

The anime convention today was disappointing, for me at least. Nothing really caught my interest. Cuifen and I were originally supposed to meet Junyao and Anghong there but we were too bored to stay till 3 when they would come. Anyways, it was fun watching Cuifen apply her makeup and do her cosplay. Oh, and I forgot to charge her for helping to carry her bag everytime someone wanted a photo of or with her. Here's a photo of her outfit today as hell girl.
